MCT is intended for occasional use only during periods of intensive exercise, such as by triathletes, marathoners and other endurance athletes. It is not intended as a sole source of dietary fat since it contains no essential fatty acids. Dosage & Uses
- Take one teaspoon per day and gradually increase to 1 to 3 dessertspoons per day.
- MCT should only be taken with food as intake on an empty stomach can cause nausea.
